Sadness

I'm really starting to feel hopeless. I haven't had a peirod in 12 weeks. :/ right when we start trying I lose my period. And they tell me I have PCOS. 3 months after I have a ultrasound and they tell me I look fine. Idk what to do. Im a nerves wreck now. I don't feel good anymore. My headaches are getting worse. The dr says it's just my blood pressure but when I take it, it's perfect. What do I do? I'm just lost.
