Pp birth control...

So I went in to my Dr's yesterday and was given the option of going on bc that day.well they asked all the questions and when I answered yes to having had a ex in the last two weeks they stopped typing my responses and said I would need to come back in a week to take a test before they would put me on the nexplanon birth control.... I've never used condoms and always had my hubby pull out until I got on the iud... well he pulled out when we did it just a few days ago.. it never even dawned on me that I'm in my fertile time right now since I started my period up again... I'm not going to ask if I could be pregnant because I get annoyed at those posts.. I just need to vent because I'm an idiot lol XD not that I wouldn't be happy to be pregnant but ya know I just had a baby going on 7 weeks ago... I don't have room for another child and I haven't even finished maternity leave! How would that sound when I get back to work... "oh yeah I'm scared with my baby not with me right now and just starting up work but BTW I'm taking maternity leave again in 9 months!!"
