Spotting/Bleeding at 5 weeks

Hey ladies I am worried sick to death I have had spotting followed by light bleeding for the past two days which seems to have stopped today. I have not experienced any cramping or pain since this begun. I had a miscarriage 2 months ago so you can imagine how terrified I am. I am 5 weeks today I saw my Dr for blood work at 4 4days which came back at 54 (low) then next day 83 (surprise). Has anyone had this problem before. I am completely terrified.
