What do they do at 4 week routine check-up?

Do they do another ultrasound to see and hear baby? Do they run more tests? I keep thinking about my next appointment which is still a while from now but I need a peace of mind! Lol thank you for your help ☺️

No ultrasound. Urine test, listen to heartbeat, feel your uterus and take vitals. It's like 10 min total

There's no US as no baby would be visible. 
Depending on your OB it might be a confirmation appointment. Meaning a pee or blood test.

At my first 4 week checkup after the initial dating scan they listened to the baby with a doppler, did my weight, temp, and blood pressure, and I scheduled all of my upcoming appointments, as well as got the info to do my nuchal ultrasound and genetic blood test..I'm assuming you already had your initial dating ultrasound/welcome appointment..?
