How often should he eat?

Question

My EBF son is 3 monthes and for the last month he has been rejecting my boob. Sometimes he goes 6 hours between feedings when he will actually eat. Is this okay? He's probably close to 16 pounds now so he's gaining weight fine!

Hey! They say it shouldn't go past 4 hours depending on age of course but I can't remember exactly :/ feel free to offer even if he doesn't ask!

I'm not sure either but I thought babies ate every 2-4 hours? If he's gaining weight & has normal diapers I wouldn't worry too much but it's worth giving the doc a call. Have you tried pumping & having him drink from the bottle. Or contact a lactation consultant
