Morning sickness

Ok lady's here is my question I just turned 7 weeks and the last few weeks ( week 5 and 6 ) I was so sick all morning and well into the afternoon. Now I'm taking progrostron 200mg and my morning sickness has completely gone for the most part u still get sick feeling of afternoon and still very tired . I have not had any bleeding or spotting. My breast are still sore but not like they was. I guess I'm just terrified that I might lose my baby any advice or suggestions.
