Eczema why??!

I thought my baby's eczema on her face would clear up by switching to an hyppoallergenic formula but no!! It won't go away! It gets weepy and gets her itchy. Does any momma out there have the same issue? Any product that works? Coconut oil and breastmilk didn't work.

My son has eczema for the 1st year of his life and in all honesty the only thing that would clear it up was doctor prescribed steroid cream. It used to get to the point where it would crack and bleed and nothing worked but that cream. I hated to use it hut I hated him in pain more. It cleared up on its own around a year old but left him with thin skin where you can see a good amount of his veins on his cheek. Talk with your doctor and see what they would recommend. Try keeping the skin moisturized though and not dry :)

My nephew had horrible eczema until he was about 1 year. Emu oil was the ONLY thing that helped it (my brother and SIL will only use natural remedies) but he hasn't had it since then and he is 2 now.

Might just need Dr prescribed cream my second had phorisis attack her WHOLE face  which looks allot like eczema.

Literally nothing had helped mine. The doctors recommended Cetaphil soap and Cetaphil or Eucerin lotion. Aquaphor. Coconut oil. Aveeno baby eczema treatments. Nooothing helped lol. They finally wrote us a prescription for 2.5% hydrocortisone mixed into Cetaphil lotion. I hated having to put steroids on him but it's diluted into the lotion and it was literally the only thing that has cleared it up so far and he was soooo itchy and uncomfortable I couldn't stand watching him cry all day and claw at his skin. We also had to put him on an antibiotic because some of the oozy spots on his head were infected. But he's been doing so much better now with this stuff finally.
