Sometimes I feel like I should just be single

I'm 18, got pregnant at 17. Currently 32 weeks. Been with the father for going on 3 years now. He's always had a good decent job. But it seems like ever since I got pregnant he's changed, like now he has no job and he hasn't bought anything for his son. Yes I love him and I believe he would be a good father if he'd mature up. He's 23. And my mom says I'm more mature than he is. I want us to have a family together and be happy but I just kinda feel like he don't care the way I do or something I don't know what exactly it is but I don't know what to do. After the baby's born I wanna do online classes for k-5 teaching. And be a part time cna. Any advice please
