what is going on with me

Af was due yesterday I got brown discharge. It's happening today as well. It goes super light then light. It has only touched my panties twice. Now my uterus hurts to push in a little by my belly button. I had some cramping today that were more annoying then painful. Then I had left hip pain. What could this be? I know brown is old blood but I have no sore breast.
