Advice needed mommys...when cravings attack! HELP**
I want to crave fruit but all I want is fast food, or to eat out. I still eat salad but my mind wanders and I get a lot of cravings. My doctor said I gain the amount of weight I'm supposed to during pregnancy which made me sad. I'm only 25 weeks. I've started to workout more again. I weight 200lbs a year prior to getting pregnant, and 145 when I conceived. I'm now up to 180 (last visit). I'm freaking out and don't want to gain too much weight. Anyone else having or had this problem? I need advice. Idk what to do. I did a prenatal squat challenge but I'm worried it's too late. Am I just worrying myself? I don't feel pretty or sexy anymore, no matter how many times my boyfriend tells me. Advice please and thank you.
