Swollen perineum

Anyone else dealing with this?! I noticed it tonight when I went to the washroom. It honestly feels like a bubble.. when i push on it goes away but comes back right away. Its not painful but when i walk it feels like something is there for sure. My boyfriend looked and said it looks super swollen towards my vagina but is fine everywhere else. Im 31 weeks today. Should i be concerned?
