Wedding stress
My fiancé and I are getting married in 2018. We don't come from wealthy families so it's going to be hard for us. He has a job at a grocery store at the moment and is only making minimum wage. He's looking for a factory job that way he will get paid more. I on the other hand have been searching and I've got many interviews it just seems like know one will hire me. We have been planning for about a year and still don't have any money saved or put into the wedding. We have tried saving but it just seems like something always comes up and we have to use it for something. He has talked about taking out a loan but I feel like that could lead us into debt. Also our families would call us crazy. They keep saying we don't have to have a wedding, that we can just get married by the court. I don't want that, I never have but it's looking like that maybe one of our only options. Does anyone have any advice?
