I'm just exhausted 😩 like I'm really am having a miscarriage trying to manage two jobs and going to school and trying to be there for my mom she has cancer like I'm honestly stress out I had a breakdown at work yesterday had to leave work and rush to the hospital to be my my mom side like I'm tired I'm really am tired
