Looks like yeast! Does it itch? Is it sort of reddish under the white?
Try your best to keep the area dry, using powder can help. Be sure to sleep without a bra, and if you can, sleep with nothing on top to let everything air out. 
Consider lowering the amount of sugar you're consuming (or completely eliminating sugar from your diet for a day or two), as yeast feeds completely on sugar. When yeast colonized on the outside of our bodies like this it's an indicator that you're consuming way too much sugar. 
If the yeast persists, you can see your doctor and have a cream prescribed to you, there might be something over the counter you could buy as well.

Looks like a fungus. Your doc should give you some cream or powder with antibiotic to heal it up.

It's a yeast infection if you can't get to the dr put some athletes foot cream on it twice a day and it should start clearing up.

It's from sweating and wearing a tight underwired bra. Try changing soaps with something that has moisturizer in it and put on some lotion.
