When is cramping normal?

What is considered normal cramping in early pregnancy?
I'm 4 weeks 4 days and feeling a slight cramp here in there...kind of like a pulling/sharp pricking sensation that only lasts a couple of seconds maybe about once or twice during the day...is this ok?
Ps I had a mc last month so any little thing scares me!

SEVERE cramping or any cramping with bleeding is abnormal. Beyond that, it's all normal. I had really bad cramping with my first child, after that, I guess I'm all stretched out and my body is hair flipping at me, because it's been pretty minimal this time around

I'm 5 weeks today and all last week I was cramping most of the day, with sharp pain on the right side of my belly button. I'm hoping this is normal. From what I've read, it seems like it is. Haven't had cramping the last two days. First OB appointment in 2 weeks! 🤗 nervous/excited. Best of luck!!

Normal. My dr said anything that is consistent and gets worse go to ER!
