tired of crying

I'm always crying smh it's ridiculous. All I think about is my unborns Dad and how dirty he did me. I'm due in June which means I have a long way to go. I don't wanna cry and feel like this my whole pregnancy. I been praying to God to help me shake this feeling. My mom seemed like the only person I could really talk to but she left to the Republic of Columbia yesterday and won't be able to receive any of my calls 😞 I'm feeling so alone and I don't wanna be miserable
