handling emotions
I lost my baby at 10 weeks and I opted to have a d&c the week after I found out my baby had no heartbeat. Since I have been really struggling with handling my emotions and crying spells especially with the holidays right here and my sister just having her baby I'm just a train wreck. Anyone have any suggestions?
