The NICU really is one step forward three steps back.. they tell you from the beginning it will be a bumpy road but nothing really prepares you for a phone call that something's gone wrong.. that being said Dominick had a rough day today and got moved back down stairs and they are doing lab work to check for an infection.. but he is stable again and has been for the rest of the day after his minor set back..
