Menstrual Cramps

I have been off my period since December 18th. I have not really stopped feeling the cramps. They are dull and "itchy-on-the-inside" and annoying me. Some days there is light spotting, other days (like today) there's nothing. I haven't notived a pattern. I have the Paraguard IUD and I think that could be why. Any of you ever have similar symptoms. My paps always come back normal. It's almost time for the IUD to come out. Could this be why?
