advice?

My husband and I just found out that this pregnancy is not going to work out.  While I want to tell my family I don't want to do it on Christmas... but that's when everyone will be asking us questions.

I'm afraid I'll cry or feel bad about lying

I know what you are going through. I miscarried on Thanksgiving Day just a month ago. It was terrible, and our families were with us. If anything it helped that they knew, as we were all sad and grieved together. Maybe you can think of a comment or a response so you don't have to explain or go into details but let people know that not everything is okay. First and foremost take care of yourself and worry about you... that's what is most important 😔💕

I am so sorry. 💔 I understand the pain and sadness. 
This is totally your own judgment call, of course. Personally, I think you should share with them. Let it out so that you're not keeping it in. From my own experience, that seemed to really help me. It really helped me to have the support of people around me. Keeping it in from my family and close friends would have killed me, I think.
