help!!

I posted something in the tmi section and no one is helping me only looking I got an iud just a little over a month ago and i had started getting really bad cramps again then as I was getting out of the bath lots of brown discharge stuff came out and it was different than I ever had before? Is it because of my iud or no? Is it something I should be concerned about my cramps got worse after the stuff came out.  Not sure if I should bring it up to my dad or not haha
