super pissed!!!!!!
I am so mad at my MIL and my SIL right now... when we found out we were expecting we decided we will keep it in immediate family only like my parents and siblings and his for the first theee months.. when we told them we gave out strict instructions not to share this with anyone...
About 3 weeks back at a family gathering at my FILs side my MIL happily told everyone who was there that we are expecting... that's far flung cousins also whom u meet only on weddings or so... I was furious as was my husband... he then told them off and told them not to do it again...
today I start getting calls from all my husband's second cousins on his mom side Congratulating us... Man I was fuming... after the call from his first cousin I didn't answer any more calls I got coz honestly as hell I don't want to talk to anyone.. I was so angry that I vented on my husband.. he too got angry at me but then what more could he have done now they have almost told everyone we even remotely know...
Their excuse... what can happen .. they are well wishers... u will never meet them anyway... or better still my husbands grandmom did the same thing and announced the preg news of my MIL to the whole community so what's wrong in that...
But man I am so angry... I feel like my privacy has been violated... Our baby has been made a public property now...
I don't know what to do now... what should I do.. I so wanna get back at em for this.. M I overreacting...
