scariest thing ever... 😩

Today (for the second time during my pregnancy) I had a scary thing happen...

We were in Babies R Us and all of a sudden it felt like my whole body was over heating. (The first time this happened was just after/during a shower that wasn't even that hot...)

I started to feel nauseous and SO dizzy almost all of a sudden.... I felt like I was either going to throw up or pass out, so I ran towards the nearest exits. The first two were locked so my whole body went into a panic. My whole body felt heavy, I dropped my bag in the middle of the floor and headed towards the door that was open. It was like I couldn't even SEE and all of the sounds around me were turning into high pitched noises and muffles and I am actually so surprised I got outside before just falling on the ground. Once I was outside I leaned up against a cold post and within maybe 5 minutes I felt back to normal.

Has anyone else felt this?

Over heated, suddenly dizzy and nauseous with blurred vision and high pitched hearing?

It's so scary.. definitely wasn't an anxiety attack, it felt different then that
