Braxton hicks or contractions??

Question

I think I'm having contractions but I'm not sure. There not really painful, sometimes they are a little painful but their really uncomfortable. How do I tell if it's actual contractions?

Actual contractions do not ease up with a change in activity or rest. They can be timed and will get closer as well as more painful with time. If you are questioning it you could head in to get checked or give your doctor a call and see what they say.

They get back to back. And no matter what you do it doesn't stop lol 
So if u get them and it spaced out or it feels better with movement or something possibly not. You can always call dr but they might not take you until they get closer
