Morning sickness ?

Hey ladies, I am 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant today and I have been nauseas for weeks but today I actually got the watery mouth etc etc then dry reached twice. This is totally normal right ? I feel super better after it

This same thing has been happening to me, been having morning sickness since about the end of week 5 I'm now 7 weeks today and everything makes me completely Ill it's so bad I can't even look at food on a commercial without gagging! I feel like I'm starving my child because I can't eat anything, what helps me is sucking on a lemon. They also say saltine crackers work. I hope this goes away soon so I can enjoy my pregnancy the way I really want to.
