What should I do? updated

I'm am 6 weeks 4 days, about 2 hours ago I started cramping and I am spotting a little bit, pinkish, cramps are kinda strong. I have an OB appointment already scheduled in the morning. Should I wait and go to my doctor or go ahead and go to ER?

Update:
OB visit went great got to see and hear my little peanuts heartbeat. My doc said everything is great. Spotting and cramps are fine and expected especially up to a day or so after sex. I hope my experience can ease someone's elses mind also one week ago we saw nothing but gestational sac on u/s today little bean with a heartbeat. A week can make a huge difference hang tough ladies and have a great and safe pregnancy and delivery!

Wait for your doctor. The ER will discharge you with the same diagnosis that will leave you worried "threatened AB/miscarriage" If the pain become unbearable or bleeding too heavily (to the point when you feel woozy) then by all means go the ER. Good luck

Er would be my vote. I had some bleeding last night, it's continued today but no cramps. Better safe then not. I also am six weeks.

I decided to wait and I feel much better this morning no spotting and no cramps I will update everyone after my appointment later. Thank you all for the advice

If you didn't have a appointment in the morning, I'd say ER. But your so close, and your OB will be much more considerate than an ER. Hold tight and breath easy as long as you can ❤️️ sending good vibes 🙏🏻

There's nothing ER will do. Just wait, even though it's hard! When I had bleeding my doctor said to only go to ER if my health was in jeoporady like a hemmorage. He said it would be traumatic and they dont even do pelvic exams so it's pointless.

I would wait. Light pink or brown is pretty normal most of the time. ER can't do too much other than an ultrasound and check your initial blood levels. If you already have an appointment, I'd let your own doctor make he call. I'm currently 7 weeks and started spotting brown with cramps and I'm not going to call my doctor unless it continues for a week or turns red.

I would go get checked. Better to go and it not be notthing then not go and it be something bad. With my first pregnancy I was around 13 weeks and wiped had pinkish blood I freaked out went to the er baby was fine and turned out to be a UTI

The same happen to me when i was 6 weeks and also had my appointment the next day.. i waited but i didnt have no pain just the spotting they checked my cervix and said everything  was fine that they had no explanation for the bleeding they send me for an ultrasound and saw baby and heartbeat am now 7 weeks and 2 days and started spotting again hope everything is fine if theres pain go get yourself checked hope everything good !!
