bad reactions

I posted a few weeks ago about H and I deciding on Atlas John 🌍 as a boys name.  We were going to keep it a secret but that's really hard.  He blabbed to my mom who loved the name so we felt it was ok to tel his mom whose reaction was 😳😖!! I said well obviously you do t like it very much and dw you will change your mind soon enough.  I said well actually this was the only name H and I both loved and felt a strong conviction for right away.  You might be hoping I'll change my mind in the mean time but I doubt it.  Also I told her I really don't care what her reaction is because I was just planning on telling her the nAme as I handed the baby over.  She said well it'll just take a while to get use to and I said sea got 6.5 more months lol.  I don't like changing my mind based on the reaction of other people but it sucks to get a negative reaction And keeping it a secret is so hard!! My mil and I generally get along great.  So no hating please.
