is this serious?

I just started taking the 21day (3week) pill like 7-8 days ago as soon as I started my period. My period stopped about two days ago and I haven't had to wear anything during day or anything but both nights I've materbated and both times I've had loads of red blood on my hands (it's all gone after I've washed my hands and stuff). I'm really scared it could be a blood clot or a cut in there or something really bad. Please if anyone knows just please let me know, I'm so scared. (Btw I don't feel any pain down there ?)
