Good ol' yeast infection vent
Ugh just gotta vent here for a second.
I'm five and a half months pregnant and my vagina has been itchy for what feels like almost all five and a half months. I brought it up to the Dr three visits ago and she gave suggestions, like only washing my vagina with water, sleeping with no underwear on. Last appointment she gave me a prescription for a cream. I go for my appointment today and the nurse is like do you want a full exam. Hell yes I do because she hasn't given me one yet.
Dr comes in we do all the regular appointment stuff then she takes the speculum barely has it in and opened and is like oh yeah this is a really bad yeast infection.
Well gee thanks for me being in constant itchy uncomfortableness thinking I was crazy because it wasn't my typical internal itch that I get from yeast infections just a constant external itch.
Ugh okay, I'm done. Just happy at this point to have a diagnosis and meds to help knock it out.
