Refusing the spoon. Almost 7m
My girl started oatmeal and stage 1 purée fruits and veggies at 5m. She loved everything up until a few days ago. She was eating almost 2 jars a day and a little cereal in the morning. First she started refusing vegetables (greens) but continued to eat her cereal mixed with fruits in the morning. This morning she refused that. She tightens her mouth and turns her head , sometimes fussing. If I give her the pouches of food she will eat...& this morning she tired feeding herself but def doesn't have the full coordination to spoon feed herself...but she's interested in that.
According to articles online she could be going through a phase where she just prefers milk or she's staring her independence and already wants to do it herself. Also teething could play a factor. Online says to begin to introduce finger foods as well. any ideas or advice?!
