Can you have sex in first trimester?

Question

How long after finding out your pregnant did you have sex?  We are having a bit of a ban on sex untill we let the little poppy seed settle in. Lol. Just that I heard that sex can cause miscarriage in very early days of pregnacy. But wanted everyone's thoughts on this!

I was afraid but we took it really slow the first time. It feels better than ever now so we've gotten right back in to the swing of things. I'm 10 weeks

I'm scared of this to after my first miscarriage and DH keeps googling it lol. But I just don't feel safe I'm only 4 weeks.

I know sex won't hurt, but I placed a ban too :-)

​I told him it was unsafe & he went & googled it lol kept sending me articles to my phone that it's not going to harm the baby ..but I'm paranoid so I prefer not..

Sex is ok throughout your pregnancy. Unless you are "high risk" or in my case you keep getting infections, and my antibotics tell me to refrain from sex! My poor husband!! Lol

Baby is very well protected- sex won't hurt them. But best to do what the two of you are comfortable with!

I had sex the day that I found out...and the day after...and the day after! Lol DH is very active. Just make sure it's not too deep or rough and you should be good!
