I have SO much gas that it's causing so much discomfort. I tried tea, doesn't work. It feel terrible and on top of that I'm
Constipated !! 8 weeks pregnant

I used to be constipated alllll day I could only go to the bathroom in the mornings and it wasn't even a lot, then I started making a kind of oatmeal looking breakfast with milk and everytime I drink it I immediately have to use the bathroom.

In Spanish it's called 'atole', i usually make it with chocolate or milk or both at the same time I just put milk on the stove and add Quick Oats and sometimes a little chocolate and stir it, it's ready in around 10 minutes total. It really helped me out!!

Try laying in different positions, fetal position on your left side, or sometimes I'll curl up on my knees and elbows and kinda stick my butt up in the air for a few minutes lol it sounds stupid but it helps the gas move along so you can fart.

Prunes, lots of fruits & veggies, oatmeal & eggs. Try not to eat too much dairy (unless it makes you go) I also used a gentle laxative approved by my doc, Senakot. It took a few weeks to cut the constipation & bloat. Hot tea may help with gas

That's happened to me too. It sucks. I'm constipated as well. The only thing that works for me is activia yogurt. I tired miralax, stool softeners, apples, apple juice, prunes , more fiber etc. helped with the constipation but not the gas.
