Yes, to soften it a bit.  Maybe even some white/gray strokes in it to add dimension!

I would add birds and maybe butterflies off to the side? 
I have no artistic ability, but if you do, go for it!

I would add something. It's pretty but it almost gives off a haunted/Halloween feel I guess? I think some details would soften it and make it looks more babyish
