Placenta Previa

So Ive been told I have placenta previa. I am currently 26 weeks and my dr said he was going to wait until 32 weeks to call it 100%. I was told that if I for sure have it at 32 weeks I will be put on steroids for babys lungs and will have to have a c-section at 37 weeks. Has anyone been through this? Its got me worried.
