34 weeks, abdominal pain/soreness?

Not sure how to describe it. Feels kind of like a pulled muscle but my bump is sore all over since getting into bed last night. Especially the lower right side but really all over. Had an extremely rough night due to this pain.

Ftm, not sure if this is something to call the dr about or wait it out a day. I just had my regular check up yesterday afternoon, why couldn't the pain have started before then? Hurts to breathe, hurts to walk, hurts to lay. Should I call the after hours nurse line or wait until my lunch break at work and call during regular office hours?

Posted in general pregnancy too. Have been struggling with constipation lately but it doesn't feel related, especially since things have been moving along much better the last 2 days..
