Makeup

So today I plan on buying makeup for almost the first time ever, I found my color foundation and I really am interested in getting into the whole contouring and concealing thing but first I'd like to know what products I'll be needing as a beginner. So for all you makeup experts out there please send some advice this way! Also what kind of make up brushes do I need?
