I explained to another girl what I sometimes go through during my periods, and she told me it's definitely not normal, and it's possible I had either a miscarriage or ovarian cysts. I also experience pain during sex sometimes. Help me??

My last period, I was actually very worried I was pregnant because I was 6 days late and experiencing unbelievable stomach pain that kept me in bed. One time, I had pain so bad it gave me cold sweats, my face was pale, I couldn't move or breathe, and in desperation I took all my clothes off and took a hot shower to try to feel better because I didn't know what to do with myself I was in so much pain. I am very worried and I don't go to doctors... I am not on birth control or anything.
