Woman cat fishing their s/o to prove loyalty?

When a girl creates a fake Facebook, snapchat, Instagram, twitter, kik, etc... to text her s/o of to try and make sure they're loyal and it turns out they're not, is it the woman's fault that she's hurt? My boyfriend doesn't have a phone, and hasn't in over a year. HIS got stolen so he was like "fuck it" and hasn't bought one since. We've only been together for 1y 2m so our entire relationship he hasn't had one. He's getting one v soon and I wanted to make a make Instagram and snapchat to make sure he's loyal, bc if not I don't want to waste any more of my life with him. I do trust him, and he's never ever done anything to suspect him of being unfaithful, but I just want to make sure.
