He won't stop asking!

I have this guy friend that thinks I'm cute and likes me but he has told all of his friends he likes this other girl, this other girl and I aren't friends, we're just like 'hey' when we hang in the same groups. He keeps asking me to make out with him and he's into some kinky stuff that I'm not comfortable with, I hate to be made fun of and my friends don't know what to tell me! I don't think this guy is willing to work in a relationship cuz he cheats on the girl I mentioned a lot! I don't like him like he dose me but he keep on bugging me to be his bae but I don't wanna be, what do I do to get him off my back? (We have texted and I liked him at one time but it was 2 years ago and he thinks I'm still into him) I just don't want to confront his girl about it cuz I don't want to hurt her more than he already dose. What should I do?
