never enough time

Whenever I'm free, he's not but whenever he's free, I'm not. It's so frustrating because he really is a good friend but it's so hard to find time to see each other. We text here and there but we both prefer a face to face. We were supposed to meet up tonight but I fucked up and forgot I had plans that were prearranged so I had to cut it off with him and now he's not free until next week. He told me 'not to worry about it' and that it's 'fine' but I can tell he's pissed. I miss him and his laugh and idk I feel horrible. Why do I suck with maintaining any sort of relationship :(
