We've been trying 18 mos, and about 8 of those w meds (Clomid, Femara, Menopur) but still doing timed intercourse. Hubby loathes the idea of a cup (tho he'd do it after months of watching me stick myself w needles nightly) and I've been ok w that choice bc I'm hoping to make this process as natural as possible and my docs don't think it makes that big of a difference.
