I was just feeling my belly and came across a really hard lump when I press down. Just in one area. I would estimate it could be the size of the baby's head or butt maybe. It doesn't move when I press which I thought it would squirm but it's not. Anyone else experience this? I'm 20 weeks. It's different from my stomach just tightening like it does sometimes. This is just one spot  that's hard
