self harm scars
I used to self harm about 6 months ago on my arm at the moment I have a silicone treatment on it to reduce the colour but I'm worried the scars won't fade enough by the time school starts and I have to wear short sleeve for Pe or I get forced to take my jumper off in hot whether, are there any excuses/ways to hide self harm scars?
