did my water just broke

Question

I'm 38.1
And I just woke up and went to go pee, so I peed (with the light off) and when I wiped the tissue kinda felt super wet, so I turned on the light and it was really wet, but kinda yellow in color, and kinda slimy, I wiped again, and again, 4 times, and each time the tissue was completely full, so I put on a pad. 
I'm a FTM, is this my water? Or just some crazy discharge?

Definitely Mucus plug. You'll know when it is your water. You'll feel like you are print yoyrself uncontrollably. I had to wear a depends when mine broke with my first. I couldn't move without it going everywhere.
