I haven't diagnosed myself lol, I have been diagnosed by the midwife and had pyhsio, but nothing has been written in my notes so when I go into labour no one will know and I know that I need to be careful with how much I have my legs open etc. Can I write this myself in my notes or do I have to get the midwife to?
