I was almost a week late, so decided to take a pregnancy test this morning. It was positive!!! I'm really worried though because this week I was very sick with strep and an ear infection. I ran around 103 fever on and off for 2 days. Could this have hurt the baby in anyway? Should I try to get a dr appt ASAP next week? By calculations on here, I'm about 4.5 weeks. Please only serious responses.
