I've been under the weather since Tuesday or Wednesday. Sore throat, occasional coughing, low grade fever. I've been trying to take it easy, but with working 40 hours a week, constant doctor visits, and getting ready for baby, there hasn't been much time for rest.

The fever is mostly gone, but now I'm ridiculously congested. So much it's hard to breathe sometimes. Anyone know of a safe decongestant that works well? I try not to overmedicate, but I feel pretty lousy.
