So on Thursday 12/29 I went for my first ultrasound, everything looked good for 5 weeks. There was no heart beat yet but the Yok sack looked good. My labs were also good. My hcg was 10490 and my progesterone was 23. Yesterday I started spotting which I haven't done yet this pregnancy so I called the doctor and he said not to worry but 2 hours later I had bright red bleeeing and a clot. I went to the ER where the ultrasound still showed that I was pregnant and my hcg went up to 19,000. Should I be concerned about the bleeding? I go for another ultrasound next week.
