Stomach sleepers
I am a pretty avid stomach sleeper. I can do side sometimes but I CAN'T do back. I will be 6wks tomorrow so I'm still early on. However I know I'll have to switch sooner or later and I'd like to get a head start. I'm already having a hard time sleeping as is, I have a history of insomnia. Does anyone have some tips or advice on how to transition off my stomach? Thanks ladies!!
