Pumping at 2 weeks?

How often should i pump? Once a day? More? If i only did one side should i do the other side later today? Or is it better to do both sides at once? 😅

I tried to pump every time i fed baby. Mine would never latch on so i would ise pumped milk and supplement with formula. But i would try to pump every time baby ate to help keep up my milk production. Also make sure to eat and stay hydrated constantly! That will also help your milk production.

I would definitely recommend pumping every few hours throughout the day. I was a young mum and embarrassed to breast feed so I pumped and bottle fed instead. I found that I had a lot of mill so I used to only pump once each morning and would get about 8 x 8oz bottles off at a time but because I wasn't stimulating my breasts throughout the day my milk dried up and I had to switch to formula in the end.

Ok update so i just fed her and decided to do other side from this morning, three hours later. Only got a few drops in after 8 min. 😕 idk. ???
